Graduate of Northeastern University. As a master carpenter in New England I restored historical homes, built custom homes and made structural repairs. Full inspection includes roofing, exterior, structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation and interior. We use a computer- generated report with digital photos available. Reports can be emailed to other parties. Other services: new construction monitoring, formulation of cost of repairs, letters and opinions. |
